Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

Short version: the tools are free to use — just don't abuse them, and keep backups of important files.

01The service

123ToolKit provides free online PDF, image & utility tools. Tools are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We aim for accurate, reliable processing but cannot guarantee that every conversion will be pixel-perfect for every file.

02Acceptable use

  • Only process files you have the right to use.
  • Do not use the Unlock PDF tool on files you do not own — you must know the file's current password.
  • Do not attempt to abuse, overload or disrupt the service.
  • Files are limited to 100 MB each; limits exist to keep the service fast for everyone.

03Your files

You retain all rights to files you process. Client-side tools never upload your files. Files uploaded for server-side conversion are used only for that conversion and are automatically deleted after 60 minutes.

04Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 123ToolKit is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the tools, including data loss. Always keep backups of important documents.

05Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date below will reflect the latest version.
