Seven Office-format tools — PDF to Word, Word to PDF, PDF to Excel, Excel to PDF, PowerPoint to PDF, PDF to PowerPoint, PDF to HTML — convert files through a secure third-party conversion service. Files pass through our servers only to perform the conversion you requested and are automatically deleted after 60 minutes. Two more tools — Protect PDF and Unlock PDF — are processed on our servers with local encryption (no third-party service) and are likewise deleted after 60 minutes. We do not read, share or retain your file contents beyond this window.

123ToolKit does not require an account to use the tools. The optional free account (via Google sign-in or email link) exists only to manage Pro subscriptions. If you contact us via the contact form, we receive only what you choose to send.

We may display ads through Google AdSense, which may use cookies to serve personalized advertising. You can manage ad personalization in your Google ad settings. We do not set tracking cookies of our own beyond what's needed for the site to function — such as remembering your light/dark theme and language preference, stored locally in your browser.

If this policy changes materially, we will update the “Last updated” date below. Continued use of 123ToolKit after changes means you accept the updated policy.
